(oven): If frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 375F/190C. Place roast, fat side up, on foil-lined baking sheet. Roast, uncovered, approx. 55-60 min. (internal temp. 160F/71C). (SPLIT Orders: Roast approx. 40-45 min). Tent with foil and let rest 5-10 min. before serving. Cook 6-Minute Greens (Included). Suggested Sides: Our Cheesy Mashed Potato-Bacon Casserole.
