Kale, green onion, hummus, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, capers, sesame seeds, maple syrup, pepper
(fridge-to-table): Use your hands to give the kale a rough massage. In a large bowl, toss kale with dressing. Top with green onion & sesame seeds. If desired, sprinkle with some freshly-ground black pepper. Enjoy!
