Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, red onion, Dijon mustard, honey, lite mayonnaise, fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, pita bread
(grill or oven): IF frozen, thaw in fridge. Heat grill to medium, oil and clean grates. Remove chicken from marinade. GRILL: Grill chicken 5-7 min. per side OR until done (Internal temp. 165F/74C). OVEN: Coat a broiler pan and rack with non-stick spray. Roast at 375F/190C about 30 min, then broil 6 in/15 cm from heat, approx. 2-3 min. OR until slightly charred and sizzling.
Slice and serve on pita bread with a drizzle of Honey-Mustard Dressing (both included). Add your own fresh lettuce or tomato if you’d like.
