(oven): Thaw completely in fridge Cook rice (included). Heat oven to 425F/218C. Cook, covered, approx. 25-30 min. OR until done and fish flakes easily with a fork (internal temp. 158F/70C).  (SPLIT Orders, remove lid and cover with foil before baking). Remove fish from pan with a slotted spoon. Season to taste with salt & pepper and serve over rice with a drizzle of the pan juices.
