Diced chicken, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Lime Juice, Canola Oil, Crushed Red Pepper, Salt Iodized, Black Peppercorn, Coriander, Herb-Grilled Carrots (carrots, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, canola oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, rosemary, powdered ginger, pepper). (grill): IF frozen, thaw in fridge. Clean & oil grates. Cook Herb-Grilled Carrots. Soak skewers in water while grill preheats to medium. Pour marinade into a bowl. Thread approx. 5-6 chicken cubes onto each skewer; cubes should touch but not be “squished.” Brush kabobs with marinade. Grill, lid down, basting and turning frequently for 3 min. Stop basting & discard marinade. Continue grilling, lid down, turning occasionally, approx. 6-8 min. OR until cooked through (internal temp. 165F/74C). Suggested Sides: Try a SupperWorks dessert!
