Ingredients
Diced chicken, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Lime Juice, Canola Oil, Crushed Red Pepper, Salt Iodized, Black Peppercorn, Coriander, Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice (riced cauliflower, diced onion, cilantro, canola oil, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper). Gluten-free soy sauce available. Please call ahead.
Instruction
(grill): IF frozen, thaw in fridge. Clean & oil grates. Cook Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice (included). Soak skewers in water while grill preheats to medium. Pour marinade into a bowl. Thread approx. 5-6 chicken cubes onto each skewer; cubes should touch but not be “squished.” Brush kabobs with marinade. Grill, lid down, basting and turning frequently for 3 min. Stop basting & discard marinade. Continue grilling, lid down, turning occasionally, approx. 6-8 min. OR until cooked through (internal temp. 165F/74C). Suggested Sides: Try a SupperWorks dessert!
