IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 450F/230C. Discard marinade. Place pork on a foil-lined baking tray coated with non-stick spray. Roast 20-25 min OR to desired doneness (internal temp. 160F/71C). Tent with foil and let rest 5 min. then slice thinly. Serve with Cranberry Salsa (included). May also be grilled at medium-high heat, approx. 15-20 min, turning occasionally. Suggested Sides: Our Asian Stir-Fry Veggies.
