Fresh Asparagus & Smoked Turkey Frittata


Seasonal fresh asparagus, smoked turkey breast, shredded potatoes and a little parmesan baked in a tempting one-dish brunch or light dinner. Serve with apple juice (included).

Liquid egg, milk, shredded potatoes, fresh asparagus, grape tomatoes, smoked turkey breast (optional), green onion, parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, pepper, apple  juice


IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 350F/175C. Coat foil pan with non-stick spray. Spread potatoes over bottom of foil pan. Massage bag of egg mixture to mix ingredients, then pour evenly over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, approx. 35-40 min, (Split Orders, approx. 30 min) until frittata appears “set” and doesn’t jiggle in the middle. Let cool 5 min. Slice into squares and serve with juice (included) and toast.
