Bring 3 c. water and 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in rice mixture. Cover and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer approx. 35 min, or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let sit, covered, 3 min. Delicious!
