(thaw-and- bake): Thaw in refrigerator. Heat oven to 350F/175C. Using a sharp knife, cut log into 1/4-inch. rounds (approx. 35 slices). Place on a cookie tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in centre of oven 20-22 min, or until very lightly browned. Cool and serve at room temp.
