(stovetop): Thaw completely in the refrigerator. Empty dry ingredients into a bowl and stir. Slowly add wet ingredients and stir, just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Lightly grease a griddle or pan over medium-low heat and cook each pancake for about 3 minutes on each side. Makes about 12 hearty pancakes. Serve with your favourite toppings – maple syrup, butter, sliced bananas, whip cream…MMMM! *NUT WARNING
