Chocolate-Orange Breakfast Bake


Decadence alert! This French Toast casserole is studded with chocolate chips and topped with our homemade Orange Syrup. (oven)

White bread, liquid egg, evaporated milk, chocolate chips, orange marmalade, sugar, butter, orange juice, cornstarch, vanilla, Cointreau, lemon zest

(oven): Thaw-and-Bake: Thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 375F/190C. Remove lid. Bake, uncovered, approx. 25 min. Freezer-to-Oven: Do not thaw. Remove lid and cover tightly with foil. Bake, covered, 35 min. Remove foil and bake approx. 25 min. Both: When done, Strata will be lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack for 10 min. For Orange Syrup, empty bag into a saucepan & bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat & simmer 5-7 min. stirring occasionally. Serve over slices of Breakfast Bake. Suggested Sides: Milk, coffee, fresh fruit.
