(3-4 quart crockpot or stovetop): If frozen, thaw in fridge. Crockpot: Empty chicken into crockpot. Stir, cover, cook on Low 6-8 hours. Stovetop: Empty chicken into a pot. Add 1/2 c. water (Split Orders, add only 1/4 c. water). Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat. Cover & simmer approx. 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add water if necessary. Both: Before serving, stir in artichoke/cheese mixture & stir until cheese melts. Spoon into bowls & sprinkle with parmesan. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Suggested Sides: Carrot & celery sticks, crusty bread.
