A secret recipe, made in-house by our friends at The Butcher Shoppe. Juicy and tender with just a hint of sweetness. 4 sausages, frozen. (grill or oven)

20 Minutes Grill Calories

(grill or oven): Defrost in fridge. Grill: Let sausage sit at room temp. about 15 min. Set 1/2 of grill to medium-high; don’t turn on the other half of the grill. Clean & oil grates. Cook sausage, lid closed, turning often, 8-10 min. over indirect heat, then finish over direct heat 4-5 min. Oven: Place rack in centre of oven and heat to 375F/191C. Place links on foil-lined baking tray sprayed with non-stick spray. Cook about 20 min. (internal temp. 165F/74C)
