IF frozen, thaw in fridge. Heat a little oil in a pot, medium heat. Cook onion/carrot mixture until veggies begin to soften, about 5 min. Add chicken (discarding any liquid in bag) and 4 c. water (Split Orders add only 2 c. water). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 min. Add gnocchi. Simmer, uncovered, until gnocchi float to the top, about 3 min. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with parmesan.
