(oven): Keep pie shells frozen. Thaw other components completely in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 375F/190C. Squeeze out and discard excess liquid from bag of chiles/green onions. Spread chiles/green onions evenly into frozen pie shells. Top with cheese. Slowly pour in egg mixture. Carefully place quiche on shallow baking pan. Bake about 40-50 min. or until knife inserted into centre comes out clean and centre of quiche appears set. Serve with a light, green salad or fresh fruit.
