Diced chicken tenders, quinoa, crushed tomatoes, bocconcini cheese, grape tomatoes, asparagus, parmesan cheese, IQF basil, evaporated milk, balsamic vinegar, vegetable broth, oregano, crushed red pepper, pepper, salt, non-stick spray


IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 375F/190C. Uncover and bake 35-40 min, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temp. 165F/74C. Nice with a simple tossed salad.
