Thaw completely in the refrigerator. Preheat broiler. Place catfish on a foil-lined baking sheet. Place 4 under broiler and cook, watching closely, until fish appears slightly charred, about 6-8 minutes. Carefully turn fish over. Continue to broil until cooked through, about another 5-7 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork (Internal Temp. 158F/70C). Suggested Sides: Fresh tomato salsa, white rice, mixed green salad.
