Our twist on a classic South African casserole. A fragrant, mellow blend of ground turkey, mango chutney, carrots, raisins, and curry. Different and absolutely delicious! (oven).



Ground turkey, diced onion, milk, *breadcrumbs, carrot, raisins, liquid egg, mango chutney, orange marmalade, tomato paste, vinegar, brown sugar, water, molasses, Worcestershire Sauce, curry powder, turmeric, ground ginger, pepper, salt *Gluten-free breadcrumbs available: please call ahead.


(oven): IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 350F/175C. Shake containers of milk/egg topping then pour over turkey mixture. FULL – replace lid. SPLIT – remove lid & cover with foil. Bake 50-60 min. until cooked through and topping has a very soft, custardy consistency (internal temp.165F/74C). Let sit 5 min. before serving. Suggested Sides: Rice, peas. *NUT WARNING*
