Ingredients

Salt Iodized, Brown Sugar, Butter, Pam, Baking Powder, Dark Vanilla Extract, Whole Wheat Flour, Baking Soda, Oats, Alcohol – Amber Ale, Buttermilk

Instruction

(Oven): If frozen, defrost completely in fridge. Remove lid from foil pan. Heat oven to 375ºF/190ºC. Bake approx. 40-45 min, OR until browned and a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack before slicing. Delicious with stew, chili, soup. Also nice with cheddar cheese or honey & butter!
