3-4 quart crockpot or stovetop): IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Crockpot: Empty beef & veggies into crockpot. Add water (2 c. FULL, 1 c. SPLIT). Cover & cook on low 8-9 hours OR until beef is tender. Stovetop: Empty bags into a pot. Add water (2 1/2 c FULL, 1 1/4 c. SPLIT). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer approx 2 hours or until beef is tender; stir occasionally & add water if necessary. Suggested Sides: A SupperWorks quick bread. Nice with a dollop of sour cream.
