Stir-Fry veggies (broccoli, carrots, green beans, corn, onions, sugar snap peas, red bell pepper, mushrooms), “lite” soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, corn starch, sherry, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced ginger, garlic, crushed red pepper
Heat a non-stick frypan or skillet over medium high. Add frozen vegetables and stir-fry for 2 min. Add sauce and cook, stirring, 1-2 min. until vegetables are heated through and sauce is somewhat thickened. Do not overcook.
