(oven): IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 375F/190C. Unwrap chicken and place, cheese side up, on a foil-lined, rimmed baking tray that has been coated with non-stick spray. Bake 25-30 min. OR until chicken is cooked through (internal temp. 165F/74C). Broil 2-4 min. until cheese is slightly browned. Suggested Sides: Greek salad, our Rosemary Focaccia.
