Prosciutto, Dijon Mustard, Sugar Snap Peas, Parmesan Cheese, Crushed Red Pepper, Olive Oil, Zucchini, Garlic, Capers, Grape Tomato, Penne, WW Penne
Thaw in fridge. Cook pasta (included) in boiling, salted water (Split Orders cook 1/2 of the pasta). Meanwhile, heat a skillet or frypan over medium. Add bag of veggies and stirfry approx. 3-4 min, until zucchini starts to soften. Stir in prosciutto (separate pieces) and serve over pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan (included), and fresh-ground pepper.
