Cooking
(stovetop): Cook from frozen. Empty cauliflower/mushrooms into a large skillet or frypan, breaking up any large frozen pieces. Drizzle oil & seasonings over top. Cover and cook about 12 min, stirring occasionally, until liquid is mostly absorbed and cauliflower is tender. Can be made in advance and re-heated in the microwave in a covered casserole
