Oven-roasted multi-coloured Heirloom Carrots

(oven): Heat oven to 350F/175C. Remove lid from foil pan and coat pan with non-stick spray. Empty carrots into pan. Remove lid from container and heat butter mixture briefly in microwave, just until melted. Stir and drizzle over carrots. Stir. Cover pan with foil. Roast, about 50 min, until tender-crisp. Remove foil and broil, about 5 min.
