Cranberry and White Chocolate Shortbread


Here for the holidays! Real butter, bright red cranberries, and white chocolate chips make these hand-made cookies a truly festive treat! (thaw-and-bake)


Flour, icing sugar, butter, corn starch, white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, vanilla, salt


(thaw and bake): Thaw in refrigerator. Heat oven to 300F/149C. Let log sit at room temp. for 10 min. Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 1/4-inch. slices (approx. 24 cookies). Place on a cookie tray. Bake in centre of oven 20-24 min, until cookies are firm to the touch, but not browned. Cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a rack to finish cooling. If desired, dust cooled cookies with icing sugar.
